TIME & PLACE OF SERVICES: Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 24 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford

 

OFFICIATING: Father Gerard Willger & Deacon Joe Stefancin

 

INTERMENT: Interment of her cremated remains will take place at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery at a later date

 

VISITATION: Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford from 9:15 AM until the time of services at 11 AM on Thursday, April 24 DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: January 15, 1928 at Medford

 

EDUCATION: Holy Rosary Grade School, Medford, 1946 graduate of Medford High School, and graduate of Marvel Beauty College, Milwaukee

 

MARRIAGE: May 14, 1949 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford to Robert Franz Tuma and he preceded her in death March 20, 2002

 

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After her education she worked as a beautician in Milwaukee from 1947-1950. They then moved to Medford & from 1950-1973 she and her husband owned/operated Bob’s Drive-In. She then worked at Marathon Cheese in Medford until her retirement. She enjoyed walking, golf, crafts, travel, curling, gardening, making “Pins by Peg”, board games & auctions.

 

MEMBER OF: Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford where she did volunteer work and was an Eucharistic Minister; The Red Hatters; Friends of the Medford Library; Taylor Co. Historical Society; Past member of Medford Curling Club & Tee-Hi Golf Club

 

SURVIVING CHILDREN: Margaret “Peggy” Lynn (Richard) Frey of Coyote, NM, Gary Tuma of Milwaukee, Scott (Peter Ryan) Tuma of Nevada City, CA, Brian Tuma of Milwaukee, Pauline (Teak Wall)Tuma of Portland, OR
