OFFICIATING: Father Otto Bucher, Father Dennis Meulemans and Deacon Mark Priniski


INTERMENT: Lakeview Cemetery, Rib Lake


VISITATION: 9:00 A.M. until the time of services at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 26 at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Rib Lake


DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: June 20, 1918 in the Township of Greenwood


EDUCATION: Attended Rib River Grade School


MARRIAGE: April 20, 1940 in Chicago to George R. Guy and he preceded her in death on November 13, 1972.


PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: In her younger years she was a Nanny in the Chicago area and then worked at Eversharp in Chicago for a period of time. Ella was an assembler at General Products in Chicago until her retirement in 1980, where she then moved to the Rib Lake area. During that time she was also a mother raising her son, Timothy. Ella was a Sacristan for Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Rib Lake. In her retirement she volunteered at the church and the Golden Living Center, Rib Lake as a Eucharistic Minister. Ella also started the Masses at the nursing home and the weekly Rosary Service. She enjoyed gardening, apples, knitting and quilting.


MEMBER OF: Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Rib Lake where she was a member of the Christian Mothers for numerous years.


SURVIVING CHILDREN: Son: Timothy (Nancy) Guy of Steger, Illinois


SURVIVING GRANDSONS: Timothy Guy of Crete, Illinois, John Guy and Christopher Guy both of Steger, Illinois


SURVIVING BROTHER/SISTER: Elmer Schreiner of Loyal and Emma Schoonover of Casper, Wyoming
Also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Other Relatives and Friends


BROTHERS/SISTERS DECEASED: Brothers: George, Leo, John, Lawrence “Bud”, Clarence, Ray, Art, Alfred “Fritz” and Harold “Otto”
Sisters: Mary Costley, Agnes Krause and Ruth Quednow


DECEASED FATHER: George Schreiner


DECEASED MOTHER: Frances Schreiner (Maiden Name: Haider)PALLBEARERS: Timothy Guy, Peter and Carol Banach, Dick, Laura and Peter Schreiner, Diane Eisner, Henry and Fran Rodgers, Lester Lewis, and John Krause
