VISITATION: 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. Monday, November 4 at the Hemer Funeral Home, Medford where there will be a 6:45 P.M. Rosary Service and also from 9:30 A.M. until 10:45 A.M. Tuesday, November 5 at the Hemer Funeral Home, Medford

DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: December 30, 1916 in Medford

EDUCATION: Graduate of Medford High School

MARRIAGE: November 6, 1935 in Medford to Earl G. Hoffman and he preceded her in death on May 24, 1994

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: She was a homemaker and raised her children. Helen then worked alongside her husband at the Hoffman Ben Franklin for a number of years. Helen enjoyed playing cards, dancing and singing. They also enjoyed wintering in Florida.

SURVIVING CHILDREN: Joan (Allen) Clark of Prescott, Marjorie (Alfred) Rothmeier of Medford, James (Linda) Hoffman of Medford and Gail (Richard) Kestler of Medford

CHILDREN DECEASED: 2 Sons: Richard E. and Wayne C. Hoffman both in 1964
4 Grandchildren: Kathy Rothmeier in 1961, Mark Rothmeier in 1962, Lisa (Rothmeier) Lugo in 1988 and Rick Hoffman in 2008.

LIVING GRANDCHILDREN 17; GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN 42; GREAT-GREAT GRANDCHILDREN 18

SURVIVING SISTER: Matilda Jawson of Milwaukee

BROTHERS/SISTERS DECEASED: Alfred Pohle and Clarence Pohle, Ann Wagerle and Lillian Menos

PALLBEARERS: Grandsons: Tim, Cliff, Jesse, Jason and Ryan Hoffman, Rusty Peterson, Jon and Paul Rothmeier
All other grandchildren were honorary pallbearers
