TIME & PLACE OF SERVICES: 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 14 at the First Baptist Church, Medford

OFFICIATING: Rev. Brian Wipf

INTERMENT: Cremainal Inurnment will take place at a later date in Medford Evergreen Cemetery, Medford

VISITATION: 11:00 A.M. until the time of services at 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 14 at the First Baptist Church, Medford

DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: May 17, 1929 in Goodrich

EDUCATION: Attended Goodrich area schools

MARRIAGE: 1952 in Medford to William H. Lemke and he preceded her in death on September 15, 1996

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After their marriage, Celia was a homemaker until starting at the Memorial Hospital of Taylor County and Memorial Nursing Home, Medford as a cook for 17 years until her retirement in 1994. She enjoyed traveling, camping, sewing, crocheting, cooking, going to church and visiting her friends.

MEMBER OF: First Baptist Church, Medford

SURVIVING CHILDREN: Shirley (Gerry) Weldy of Adams and Scott (Christine) Lemke of Herbster

CHILDREN DECEASED: Daughters: Nancy Hennen and Barbara Steadter
Son: Richard Lemke in infancy

9 Grandchildren; 13 Great-Grandchildren

SURVIVING BROTHER/SISTER: Paul (Shelvie) Griswold of Tennessee and Mary (Pete) Milosevich of Watertown

BROTHERS/SISTER DECEASED: Brothers: Warren and Lymann Griswold
Sister: Marjorie Rinehart

DECEASED FATHER: Orren S. Griswold

DECEASED MOTHER: Addie “Bess” E. Griswold (Maiden Name: Foster)

PALLBEARERS: Scott and Susie Lemke, Troy and Amber Hamm, Gerry Weldy and Lamar Makal

OTHER INFORMATION: In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Celia’s family to be designated at a later date.
