INTERMENT: Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery, Medford

VISITATION: Hemer Funeral Home, Medford from 4 – 7 PM Thursday, October 10 where there will be a7:00 PM Catholic prayer service held that evening and also from 9 AM to 10:40 AM on Friday, October 11

DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: November 18, 1944 at Thorp, WI

EDUCATION: Thorp and Owen elementary schools, 1962 graduate of Abbotsford High School, and attended UW-Stout, Menomonie

MARRIAGE: November 14, 1964 at Owen to James E. Meyer and he survives

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: She was a longtime employee at the State Bank of Medford, later Mid Wisconsin Bank, where she worked as a teller and receptionist until retirement in 2010. She also worked many years as a secretary for Meyer Auto Body in Medford. In retirement she worked with her son Nate at Perkins Place Art Gallery in Medford. She was an excellent seamstress and sold embroidery work. She enjoyed traveling, sewing, cooking, baking, gardening & playing piano.

SURVIVING SPOUSE: James “Jim” E. Meyer of Medford

SURVIVING CHILDREN: Sons – Kevin (Jackie) Meyer of Medford, Brad (Rachel Hugh) Meyer of Medford, Nathan Meyer of Medford & Philip (Marzena) Meyer of Minneapolis, MN
