TIME & PLACE OF SERVICES: Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 14 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford where there will also be military rites performed by the Medford area military honors team

OFFICIATING: Father Frederick P. Brost

INTERMENT: Interment of his cremated remains will take place at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery, Medford

VISITATION: 10 AM until the time of services at 11 AM on Monday, October 14 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford

DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: October 13, 1927 at Medford

EDUCATION: Thielke elementary school, Town of Medford and was a 1945 graduate of Medford High School

MARRIAGE: November 24, 1951 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford to Bernice Lukewich and she survives

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After his education he entered the US Army and was a veteran of WW II serving in Panama guarding the Panama Canal. After the service, he was employed by Metzler Monument, Hurd Millwork & Weather Shield Mfg. for periods of time while residing in Indiana, Michigan & Medford. He taught CCD classes at Holy Rosary and wood working to Taylor County 4-H children. He enjoyed wood working, fishing, building & flying radio controlled airplanes.

MEMBER OF: Past member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford and past grand knight of the Medford Council #1744, Knights of Columbus

SURVIVING SPOUSE: Bernice Bormann of Warsaw, IN

SURVIVING CHILDREN: Son – Mark (Sherry Speicher) Bormann of Warsaw, IN
Granddaughter – Jamie Bormann of Macon, GA

CHILDREN DECEASED: Son – James Bormann in 1986

SURVIVING BROTHERS/SISTERS: Sister – Joyce Bartmann of Watertown, WI
Sister-in-law: Rosie Bormann of Milwaukee

BROTHERS/SISTERS DECEASED: Brothers – Claude, Melvin “Mac” & Harvey Bormann
Sisters – Florence Brandl, Shirley Olson & Ethel Helen Bormann in infancy
