TIME & PLACE OF SERVICES: 1:00 P.M. Saturday, June 29 at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Rib Lake

OFFICIATING: Rev. Joseph Dietrich

INTERMENT: Cremainal Inurnment will take place in St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, Rib Lake

VISITATION: 9:00 A.M. until the time of services at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, June 29 at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Rib Lake

DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: January 1, 1939 in Milwaukee

EDUCATION: 1958 graduate of Rib Lake High School

MARRIAGE: July 22, 1961 at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Rib Lake to Audrey J. Clouse

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: He joined the Bricklayers Union in September 1958, where he worked in Milwaukee before moving to Rib Lake in 1968. George worked for various construction companies throughout the state until his retirement in 2001. George loved being outdoors doing things, old cars, auto racing and enjoying his family. He loved going to Royal Gaits in Goodrich for senior dinners and visiting with great friends.

MEMBER OF: St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Rib Lake; where George served on the church council.

SURVIVING SPOUSE: Audrey J. Skibbie of Rib Lake

SURVIVING CHILDREN: Patti (Tom) Kraegenbrink of Medford, Sandy Ament of Rib Lake and Scott (Sandy) Skibbie of Franklin, Tennessee

GRANDCHILDREN: Valerie (Nick) Krall, Matt (Ashley) Kraegenbrink, Tabbithae Ament, Joey, Jake and Sara Skibbie, Bradley and Brandon Daniels

GREAT-GRANDDAUGHTERS: Grace and Alivia Krall
Also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Other Relatives and Many Friends

BROTHER/SISTER DECEASED: Frank Skibbie and Betty Meyer
Also preceded in death by a nephew Jeff Meyer

DECEASED FATHER: Frank P. Skibbie

DECEASED MOTHER: Laura Skibbie (Maiden Name: Schultz)

URNBEARER: Grandson: Matt Kraegenbrink

OTHER INFORMATION: In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to George’s family to be designated at a later date.
