ADDRESS:  Owen, WI 54460; A Township of Holway resident

PLACE, DATE & TIME OF DEATH: 4:15 PM Sunday, June 16 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, Wausau where he had been a patient for the past 3 days

TIME & PLACE OF SERVICES: Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 21 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford

OFFICIATING: Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joe Stefancin

INTERMENT: Interment of his cremated remains will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Township of Little Black

VISITATION: 9:30 AM until the time of services at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 21 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford

DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: August 11, 1941 at the Township of Little Black

EDUCATION: Lawndale Grade School, Town of Little Black and was a 1959 graduate of Medford High School

MARRIAGE: September 12, 1964 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Stetsonville to Joyce Goessl and she survives

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After his education, he moved to Milwaukee where he was an apprentice and became a tool & die maker. He was employed by and retired in 2000 from A.O. Smith/Tower Automotive in Milwaukee. In 1971 they moved to Oak Creek and in 2002 they moved to the Owen area. He enjoyed returning to live on a dirt road after 40+ years in the city. He was an avid inventor, owning some patents in his name, enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and his grandchildren.

SURVIVING SPOUSE: Joyce Grinker of the Township of Holway

SURVIVING CHILDREN: Daughters – Christine O’Toole of Stetsonville & Wendy Fait of Port Washington, WI
Grandchildren – Robert and Nicholas Fait of Port Washington, WI & Amanda O’Toole of Stetsonville

CHILDREN DECEASED: Son-in-law: Charles T. O’Toole in 2006

SURVIVING BROTHERS/SISTERS: Bob (Dorothy) Grinker of Dorchester, John Grinker of Medford, George (JoAnne) Grinker of Brookfield, Betty Gall of Colby, Don (Betty) Grinker of Milwaukee, Pat (Butch) Hamm of Dorchester, Tom (Kathy) Grinker of Greendale, Joe (Sandy) Grinker of Oak Creek, Dick (Jackie) Grinker of Dorchester

BROTHERS/SISTERS DECEASED: Brother-in-law: John Marvin Gall in 2008

DECEASED FATHER: Charles Grinker DECEASED MOTHER: Clara Peissig
