TIME & PLACE OF SERVICES: 11:00 AM Monday, February 11 at First Baptist Church, Medford where there will also be military rites performed by the Medford Military Honors Team

VISITATION: At First Baptist Church, Medford from 9 AM until the time of services at 11 AM on Monday, February 11

DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: October 11, 1919 at Medford

EDUCATION: Medford elementary schools, attended Medford High School, attended Milwaukee Tech School

MARRIAGE: February 1, 1947 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Medford to La Verne E. Lange and she preceded him in death May 17, 2003

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After his education, he worked at Allis Chalmers in Milwaukee form 1938-1941. He entered US Marine Corps in 1941 and served until 1945, veteran of WW II. After the service, he worked in logging camps of Oregon from 1947-1951. He returned to Milwaukee working as a siding contractor and also at A.O. Smith for 17 years until retirement in 1979. Moved to Medford in 1993 and served on the Medford City Council for a period of time. He enjoyed playing cards, fishing, hunting & polka music.

MEMBER OF: First Baptist Church, Medford; Klossner-Dietzler VFW Post, Medford; Whittlesey Lions Club;

SURVIVING CHILDREN: Daughter – Pamela (Robert) Ryszkiewicz of Dorchester

SURVIVING BROTHERS/SISTERS: 2 Sisters-in-law: Esther Fischer of West Allis & Gloria Fischer of Muskego

BROTHERS/SISTERS DECEASED: Brothers – Otto, Lawrence & Wilber Fischer; Sisters – Elaine Dassow, Eunice Pagel, Lorraine Frischmann
